3 times a week I help run Forest Fit in Wareham Forest. This is a group exercise session for various fitness levels, which incorporates a lot of circuit training ideas, some off-road running, hill training and a good mix of strength and conditioning exercise. It's an hour of great all over exercise, and fantastic fun. We regularly have between 15 and 20 people along to each session and everyone leaves knowing they have had a great workout! From 14th May 2013 I will be running two circuit-styled training sessions at Puddletown Village Hall. Check the Flyer for more information. First session srats at 7pm and will run for approx 45 minutes, followed by the 2nd session which will start at 8pm.
